Come learn the basics of exotic pole movement. We will take you through sensual stretches, floor work, body expression, pole poses and a spin. This class will introduce the exotic style of pole and body movement. Our instructors will entertain you at the end of the class with a demo of some of the things you can learn with us. This is not a fitness class. High heels are optional but encouraged. Please do not have lotion or oils on your skin as this makes the pole very slippery and dangerous. Come relax, feel sexy and explore the exotic side of pole dancing.
